Atlanta, Georgia – With a redevelopment project that promises to change the landscape of a former Fort Myers shopping mall site, The Terraces at Royal Palm selected Atlanta-based MaxWave3D to help bring their designs to life with 3D photorealistic building renderings and more.
Two-dimensional drawings were giving would-be buyers a good idea of what townhomes at the Terraces at Royal Palm would look like, but they didn’t fully convey the lifestyle of the community or how the development would look when all phases of construction were complete.
“We worked closely with the owner, developer and real estate agent on this project,” said Chris Powers, CEO of MaxWave3D. “Our 3D photorealistic renderings really tell the story of this upscale community.”
Because the development will include a first phase of townhomes and a second phase that includes a high-rise condominium building, MaxWave3D’s building renderings were needed to paint a comprehensive picture for people considering a townhome purchase. “We also produced renderings that show future buyers all the upgrade options available in the townhomes, so they can picture themselves living in the spaces and making them personal.”
“We are excited and eager to begin selling the townhomes,” said Damon Vetere, Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. “Thanks to the comprehensive interior and exterior renderings, our townhome buyers will be able to see how the whole development will look once it’s completely built-out.”
The developer for The Terraces at Royal Palm, The Alessio Companies, is also finding the 3D images from MaxWave3D to be uniquely powerful. The images work well for their marketing efforts, including on the website for the development.
“It’s been thrilling to be part of this forward-thinking redevelopment,” Powers said. “We were able to revise and enhance previous renderings in a very short time to meet the developer’s aggressive deadlines. We can’t wait to see how this full suite of visual assets appeals to new homeowners as the project progresses.”
