The Edge
The Edge in Sarasota, Florida, reached out to MaxWave3D for visuals of their amenities, interior views and aerial views that they could use in a brochure. They also needed videos for their social media marketing and website that would help real estate agents show potential residents what living at The Edge would be like. Our team also created two variations of a virtual tour of condo units showing the views during the day and at night. When a nearby construction project was making future residents hesitate to commit, we superimposed an image of the completed building in a virtual tour video. This gave potential residents a better understanding of how future views from the condos would look.
Highlights:
- The Edge wanted renderings for marketing including images of amenities, interiors, aerial views and pool views.
- The developers asked for 3D virtual tours to help showcase the condos for real estate professionals.
