BlueStar Studios reached out to us to help increase their pre-leasings and marketing for their project. MaxWave3D produced website imagery and a video for the project. Our partnership helped the studios secure tax credits for this project by showing the development to the community and getting support from the city of Forest Park. We are currently working on the second phase of development visuals.
Highlights:
- BlueStar Studios was looking for a way to showcase the extent and excitement of the project to the city of Forest Park, investors and the general public.
- MaxWave3D created concept images, photomontage imagery for their website that provided realistic results and helped viewers see the project clearly, and produced a Parallax video for marketing.
- MaxWave3D was also able to help the client obtain tax credits for the project, partly by showing the community the photorealistic visualizations and garnering support within Forest Park.
