Portside 1 and 2
Our senior living client, Portside 1 approached MaxWave3D looking for help with their marketing assets to secure pre-leases. We created the first Portside 1 animation to showcase the bright and sunny Myrtle Beach location, including residences, activity spaces and landscaping. A year later, the client asked our team to work on the next phase of the community, Portside 2. Together, the videos aided the development in attracting residents and helped the client gain funding for the overall project.
Highlights:
- Portside needed help with marketing campaigns to obtain pre-leases.
- MaxWave3D created the first Portside 1 animation and less than a year later we worked on Portside 2.
- The visualization project was successful in helping gain funding for the senior living community and attracting new residents.
