Hotel Effie

The Hotel Effie, a boutique hotel named for the owner's grandmother, needed help showing off the distinctive property before construction was complete. For the pre-opening marketing campaign, the hotel developers asked MaxWave3D to showcase surrounding areas, amenities and the rooftop deck. With the completed renderings and 3D animation, they were able to launch their website and create successful marketing campaigns. After our collaboration, pre-bookings came quickly and the event spaces were booked well before construction had begun. Despite pandemic slowdowns, Hotel Effie was able to open with many bookings in early 2021, in part thanks to our appealing, photorealistic visuals.
