In the middle of the pandemic, the Olmsted Savannah team hired MaxWave3D to help them with marketing their proposed development. They were competing with a finished apartment complex nearby while their development was still under construction. We created a virtual tour and renderings, making it a priority to showcase surrounding areas. We modeled the entire city with ports, rivers, new hotels, the new waterfront district and existing buildings. In the end, Olmsted Savannah won the multi-family project of the year, thanks in part to our renderings that showed potential residents what they could expect. Our marketing assets helped Olmsted Savannah have a very successful lease-up campaign prior to construction during the pandemic, while their competition across the street, which was already completed and open for residents, struggled to secure leases.
- Olmsted Savannah needed help marketing during the pandemic as construction had halted, but they still wanted to be competitive and lock in pre-leasings.
- MaxWave3D created a virtual tour and photorealistic renderings with an emphasis on showcasing the surrounding areas. We modeled the entire city to capture images of the ports, river, new hotels, new waterfront district and neighboring buildings.
- This development won the multi-family project of the year.
- These marketing assets helped Olmsted Savannah successfully obtain pre-bookings during their build-out process.
