The Project
For this Niles Bolton project, we were asked to work with a model of The Charles us to create several signature visuals for a marketing campaign. We created visuals with a digitally superimposed environment showing off the lifestyle this mixed-use development offered. Our team produced renderings of the front view during the daytime and at dusk, a view from the balcony and a view from their skydeck. These renderings have been valuable to The Charles as they were used in brochures, billboards, their website and various marketing campaigns.
Highlights:
