The Project
We created renderings and a 3D animated video tour to help The Landing Residences gain approvals for their building and assist the project teams in understanding their mission. Once our renderings were finalized, we created an animated video showing the residences, pool deck and views from the balconies. Our renderings provided photorealistic images of The Landing Residences' lobby, individual units and outdoor living spaces. The Landing Residences used our assets as marketing tools, which helped them grow excitement and obtain pre-leases.
